Returns & Exchanges


We offer refunds or exchanges within 30 days of purchase as long as the product is in new condition in its original packaging.  Boots should be tried on in a carpeted area.  If bottoms are scuffed or scratched, we will not be able to accept them back for a return or exchange. 

Simply return the product to us with a copy of your packing slip inside.  Just write on the packing slip if you would like a refund or what you would like to exchange for.  We suggest sending the product back via a delivery service that offers you tracking information. 

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.  If you are requesting an exchange, we will pay to ship you the new item.  

If you refuse the item or put Return to Sender on the package, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee for each item.

 ****If you order directly through Facebook or Instagram, please note that they do not allow exchanges.  The item must be sent back for a refund and you would have to place a new order***
